Last year Lloyds transferred their credit card from Visa to Mastercard. At the time I was promised the same rate but in fact it has jumped from 1.492% to 2.210% per month. Has anybody else found this? I feel really stupid for not checking before

Have you phoned card services to query this?0

It happened to me last October with their Advance card. It jumped 3% in one month despite having an excellent credit track record with them. I phoned and queried it but they just pretended there was nothing they could do. So I moved it elsewhere.0

Yes I have twice and spoke with three advisers. First one said it was my credit rating. Second adviser denied this and found it a miss, transferred me to a superior (or shall I shall attempted to transfer me). I then got lost in the black hole of telecommunications!!!!! To then be taken to a third adviser who said it was my credit rating again. Which is complete rubbish. The rate was lower on Visa and only jumped when switched to mastercard.0
