Accommodation in The Lake District

Hi - I was wondering if anyone can recommend a nice but good value guesthouse/B&B for a short stay in the Lake District (Keswick, Ambleside etc). I will be there in July.

Cheers.

A luxury, Johansens recommended, country house hotel at a fantastic price. The 3 night Gourmet Break means for just £99 per night you get a 5 course gourmet dinner each night in the 2 AA Rosette Award-winning Restaurant & full English breakfast each morning plus accommodation in a double or twin room. The Fayrer Garden House Hotel has un-matched panoramic views over Lake Windermere & nestles in five acres of garden & grounds in the very centre of the beautiful Lake District. hotelshop UK

try https://www.highwrayfarm.co.uk - I have just recommended this place in another thread. They do a cottage (always booked up) and also offer B&B. Located between Hawkshead and Ambleside - https://www.highwrayfarm.co.uk

That looks nice - good location that too

I stayed here - but further North than the OP was asking about - has rooms with views over Lake Bassenthwaite (the only Lake in the Lake District :D)

Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying
