New RCD board

After having a heated towel fitted and wanting the summer heating kit fitted to it, ive been told i do not have an fuse board that has RCD's, i have been quoted £280 to supply and fit a new board is this a good price?

If that includes all materials and an Electrical installation certificate then yes that is very fair0

As stated above, make sure it includes the certificate.
The Main Bonding to the Gas and water mains will probably need upgrading .
