Does she have a pension in place?
No – in fact the DWP wrote to her just recently and I spoke to them on her behalf. They are going to work out her pension and advise what she can expect. I understood that there was a minimum that she would get which could be made up of a pension and topped up by pension credit.

It will be worth getting an advisor to look at Attendance Allowance for when she reaches 60. If her health is bad then she may be entitled to claim it.0
