Photobox GRRRR!!!

I ordered a photobook from photobox towards the end of may and it turned up 2 weeks ago looking like a toddler had put it together!!!

It was supposed to be a gift and I am that embarrassed that I wouldn't dare give it..

Anyhoo, I've been emailing them since (several times) and I only received one reply a few hours after I sent the first email complaining so I know there are people there but they aren't replying to my emails or picking up the phone for that matter :mad:

I am soooo peed off- I am now out of pocket and have to buy an extra present...

Have you got any photos of it? I had one from them a few weeks ago and loved it! Have had ones with no problems in the past aswell.

What was exactly wrong with it?

Hiya- The picture on the front is at an angle and the pictures which I took redeye off have red eye and they generally look really dull in colour despite me having them printed seperately and them being excellent quality
