having probs searching my listings

The search has been playing up quite badly over the last few days. I've listed a few items where it does not show up in searches, but suggests I am an international seller.
There is also the "Best Match" issue to contend with - even by searching for the full listing title, it does not always come up under "Best Match" conditions.
All part of "improving the buyer experience"....<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

The search definitely seems to be a bit off. I have posted before about a seller I have used fairly regularly who no longer turns up when I search by keyword for her items. I only get about 23 hits on average but none of them are her, yet she is still on there trading. She selld very little so 2 neutrals in the past year mean her rating makes her invisible, although I thought she should still show up in a search?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
