ADT system but do not want monitoring

I am buying a house with an ADT alarm system, but the control panel is broken. I want to have a new control panel installed but do not want a monitored system. What I want is just to use the existing ADT sensors to be used in a non-monitored burglar alarm system. Any idea who can have it installed without having to sign up to ADT? Or can I even pay ADT for a new control panel but not sign-up to their monitoring?

I have an ADT system and don't have their monitoring service.
Give ADT a ring and ask about getting the control panel repaired.

Deal with Adt products in my line of work your door/window contacts, sensors will be compatible with most everyday panels, if they are wired sensors they will work off a rs485 line which is 2 address lines and 2 power lines not hard to connect again.

Also if you want to disconnect the alarm monitoring side of it just take the telephone line out of the system as thats how it communicates with ADt.
