Parking fine Notice to Owner
Options
I have just recevied a notice to owner' parking fine, but I have not receved any tickets, how do I appeal?
Also there are no photographs to decribe my breach, if I am guilty thats fine (pay up) but I would like more information as it may be untrue, maybe.
How would I go about this?
Thanks:money:

Who is this notice from? Is it a Local Authority, or the Police? If yes then write back and ask for a copy of their evidence (usually a photo) which they have to provide. If you know you committed the offence then just pay up else otherwise you will probably lose the discounted rate.
If it's not the Local Authority, or the Police then do not worry and look at the other threads on here for advice.
It is interesting that you say Notice to Owner. I'm not sure how anyone would know who the owner may be. The V5 (Log Book) with details as recorded by the DVLA shows only the Registered keeper not the owner!0
