please, anyone who has got their welcome packs, where exactly was the free no 7 up to value of 16.50 voucher.
my child is too old for me to sign up - ageism  - but signed a friend up before the 28 week deadline, and her husband too.
he got his magazine and vouchers, and we picked up his huggies and avent freebies, but no free no 7 voucher.
can't be just coz he's a man, as he still got 'congrats on being a supermum' letter, and a free maternity towel, and breast pads. sure he'll find them very useful as he is having sympathy symptoms.... :rotfl:
any ideas where we should look for the voucher, was it attatched to the other ones, or in the magazine
thanks

The No7 voucher is in the book of pampering treats. Its the first pack of vouchers you get. THe second one is the huggies bag etc.
I got another set of vouchers today! I spent my No7 this week and got a free gift set too for 'spending' over £15 on No7.:heart2:I have a child with autism.:heart2:0 -
thanks for reply
sorry if being thick, so you got one piece of post with vouchers, then another post with mag, huggies bag voucher etc.
the one with the magazine is the only one he's got sofar, and the actually mummy 2 b has had nothing0 -
Hi,
I got one envelope with letter and book of vouchers. THis had the No7 and Soltan vouchers in it. Then a few weeks later I got another envelope with magazine and vouchers for the huggies bag and avent kit. Today I got another set of the first lot of vouchers! Seems like they have really messed up with this. I know of someone who has had three lots of the the first lot of vouchers but nothing to get the huggies/avent stuff.:heart2:I have a child with autism.:heart2:0 -
thanks so much. now we know, we can phone and complain.
it really does seem to be a mess, and yesterday we caused 2 huge queues as they had trouble processing their own vouchers, then had to go to another counter to have extra points added. [people behind kept tutting, til i turned round and said they send her the bl##dy things in the first place]
seems no one is allowed the key of power anymore to add extra points...they now have to phone head office and have them put on the next day0 -
I had an argument in Boots the otherday about points missed off. The woman on the till accepted 2 extra points coupons. The till only accepted 1 - for the lower value. She was too inept to do a refund and resale to sort it so I insisted on having a full refund and buying my lunch elsewhere. Dippy mare ended up refunding nearly £1 too much! The service is really getting dire in Boots.
And I've not got a parenting club pack yet, it feels like weeks ago I signed up. Sent them a chase email yesterday. Must remember to sign hubby up when I've got my pack safely.Nuts just take up space where chocolate ought to be.0 -

and he might need the breast pads too. :rotfl:0 -

I only got the second lot of vouchers with the free Huggies bag voucher etc, never had the first lot of vouchers despite being preggers when I signed up, and haven't claimed the freebies as I can't find a branch with them in stock:mad:
