Lloyds TSB online banking frustrates me!!!

Does anyone else get irritated with Lloyds TSB online banking? I set up 2 payees a while ago, after which I was notified that it would take 2 working days for them to be listed in my account. 10 days later they were still not there, and then I was overdue on making payments. This wasn't the first time it happened.

Anyway, it was easily sorted out via phone banking, but what's the point of having an online banking system that makes things less convenient in the first place?!

    Well All i can add to this its always worked for me, i've added payees on my account many time. There usually set up there and then and appear on my payee list almost immediately.

    Who were you trying to make payment to?

    As far as I know, it's immediate for online set-up.

    wont let me make a fast payment to coventry building society.even though coventry accepts faster paayments.

    its always been ok for me - as for FP I was told that they would come on board today but no sign off it even though FD are part of the system
