Now then, what is it with these companies and their customer services people not knowing their bottom from their elbow?!

Just had another reply from them, now stating:
I am sorry for the misinformation given in my colleagues email but there
is no facility to check your account online.

I noticed that somebody said that Woolworhs online were selling the old version of the Aquadraw for £9.99 + £4.95 postage.

My husband went into the Stevenage Woolworths today and it was on the shelf for £16.97. When he took it to the till it came up as £9.99, so he bought one saving us £5 in postage.

Not all of the branches have got them in. My local stote only had the Thomas Aquadraw yesterday.

Hope this helps some of you who have not been able to purchase one at a bargain price yet.

Thankyou so much for posting this. Just been to my woolworths in southport, saw the thomas aqua draws, but couldn't see the normal aquadraw, until I spotted someone had tried to hide it underneath a carrier bag, so I grabbed the last one!! My 2yr old will be chuffed to bits with this, I had never heard of it before I read this this morn, my son loves to draw, but I dare'nt give him a pen/pencil or he would just redecorate my house instead of drawing on colouring books!! What a fab idea!! My god, I've got nearly all my kids xmas presents. Woolies also got other toys on sale, I'm tempted to get my older one laserquest guns down to £15, and big monster trucks remote control down to £25 from £50. What a baragin!! :D :T
if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T

    Pickle number 3 arrived 24th december 2007 :A

I e-mailed them about the 50% discount and got this reply:

Thanks for your enquiry about a refund for the 50% discount offered
    on the Aquadraws RA8225.

I am pleased to confirm that I have refunded your card today.
You will need to allow your card issuer up to 14 days for this
to show on your credit card account.

Meanwhile, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this
    may have caused you.

    With Regards
