Hi Stumpy, I ordered mine 30th September & email said delivery by tomorrow

Ordered mine 30th Sept was delivered on Monday but charged full price.

Have emailed them to get them to honour the discount will see what happens.......

You'll be lucky i have given up now i copied the email sent by someone else earlier(sorry can't remember who) to no avail again as i got this email back:

Dear Darren

Unfortunately, having checked this further for you, the promotion

So looks like i'll have to call back tomorrow and get them to discount that 30% they offered over the phone:rolleyes:

Apparently, although they're still letting people order this, its out of stock at the depot. I got half my order today with a note saying it would be 3 weeks. Just got off the phone with CS and they confirmed that they can't fulfill the orders at the mo as they're waiting for stock.

I've just had a reply to my query about mine - apparently it's due for delivery on the 22 October. Not a major problem, as it was for a Christmas pressie anyway, but it would have been nice to be told.

Also, can anyone find the "my account" bit on their webpage? Maybe I'm just going a bit potty, but I can't see it anywhere, tried in two different browsers, yet on my original e-mail (that has since gone up in a puff of smoke) I recall it said I could access account details online. And on the one I've received today, again they said I could access it online.

Stumpy i've just checked back through my emails and can't see any reference on them to a my account and can remember looking the other day on the site and didn't see one

This is very strange. I've blamed one of my kids for deleting everything in my "purchases" e-mail inbox, yet I know for a fact that I had a couple of things in there today, which are no longer there, and are not in the "deleted" folder, including the e-mail from Bargain Crazy. Think my e-mail programme is going mad. Or me.

Anyway, luckily I have a copy of it, because I'd replied to it earlier, so there's a copy in "sent items", and part of the message they sent me said:

You can create your own unique username and password by clicking
on the MY ACCOUNT icon on the website and entering your customer
reference number, (last eight digits only), and your postcode
in the section entitled "Don't have a username? - please login
below".

Simply follow the on screen instructions to create your new username
and password. You may also wish to enter a password reminder
to help you remember the details in future.
