help urgent printer malfunction

Hi
Just gone todo some printing on an Epson R300 and its come up usb device malfunctioned not recognised by windows.
What can we do? Have uninstalled and tried re-installing but no success.

Be worth checking that your printer still works on another PC. If it does then you'll need to uninstall all your usb devices via Device Manager (do this in Safe mode), reboot in Normal mode, then reinstall all your usb devices - have all your device disks ready just in case!I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!0
