Credit score and Barclay card (fish)

Just checked my credit score (CreditExpert) for the 1st time and on it I have a card I dont recall ever owning.

It says its been 6 months over due for 11 months and now its up to date this month. Never more than 6 months though. Just a long line of 6s

Now I dont recall having it but theres a few Ive had and not used for years and so they have stopped sending me new cards. However if I did have it and it was overdue I certainly havent recieved a bill of any sort in years and I certainly havent paid anything this month so why is it now clear??

I tried ringing Barclay card but the lady didnt really understand what I was saying. WHAT CAN I DO???

Raise a query on your credit report and get in touch with the Barclaycard fraud department.

Juist rung Barclays

They have no record of it. Nothing. They want me to print off the details and send it in

My account is showing 11 missed payments in the last 12 months. All of which is to this card. I take it this makes a massive difference to my credit rating??

How do I raise the question with with CreditExpert or do Barclays have to sort it

You can post a notice of correction on the CRAs but only Barclays can remove unless you can prove it's not factual.

Yes, 11 missed payments would have a detrimental affect.

Let Barclays sort it out, just do as they ask. In the unlikely event that they don't get it resolved, ask for more guidance here.
