NTL Broadband/digital/phone bundle

NTL are offering ( until the end of today ) a bundle for £34 per month which includes: 1MB Broadband, 50 Digital TV channels and free UK telephone calls at any time of the week.

Having just moved house, I desperately need to set up these services.

I guess I'm stuck with NTL as I need to keep my email addresses for my home business.

Sounds a good deal to me, though is it the cheapest way to have all 3 facilities ?

  • Just be wary that the broadband has a 3gb/month download limit on it

You'll be surprised how quickly you can eat into that and then NTL start sending you letters before they try to kick you off the network

Ive had 1mb broadband for over a year now and have never exceeded my download limit. I probably have my computer on the net for 2-3 hours a day.

so i would say go for it. unless you've got a 32" tv or above in which case the picture quality of ntl will drive you mad (Its awful in NI anyway)

Not sure what the OP's question has to do with the Techie board?
