something strange has just happened to me i was gonna have a look on ebay for something when i did a search for ebay and clicked on the official site , a name came up and said if not you sign in etc.. i dont recognise the name and neither does my hubby as he uses ebay but the name is registered in the same area as us has been since march this year and has no feedback why has it come up on my pc?:eek:

It happened on my Laptop at work between me signing in, so heavens knows, I hadn't left my desk and it's all password protected anyway.

I'm not at all techie, so this might be totally wrong, but were you using a wireless connection? If so, might someone else details have been sort of left on your pC as they were using the same wireless connection at the same time?
