Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the message that comes up when I print something ,"Ink is running very low", even tho I have replaced the ink cartridges?
Thanks.

Are you using canon original or refilled ink cartridges?0
-
Hi there Smiley, I am using "remanufactured" cartridges.:smileyheaMagenta0

You will probably find that the re-manufactured cartridges will always give you that error message. The way the printer/cartridge are manufactured by Canon means that once it has run out of ink it will always show empty. Just ignore the message (annoying though it is!) and when your prints start to fade change the cartridges.0

I'm told by my local cartridge refill shop that they can reset the chip on all Canon carts so that they show as full when refilled.
So if the message continues to annoy you and you have a refill outfit nearby, it may be worth checking with them.0 -
try this
- Turn off the printer
- Hold the Resume Button (red circle in the triangle), add a printer (click “Power”) an indicator light green.
- Hold the Power Button, release the Resume Button.
- Not releasing the Power Button, double click “Resume” and release Both Buttons.
- Click “Resume” for Four times
- Once you click “Power”, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber). To disable the printer “Power” button to click again
