Thanks for the number OurJoey - I'll try ringing, but it was back in March when I ordered so not sure if they'll think I'm telling porkies.

It's difficult for me to phone during work hours hence I tend to try and resolve things via email (looks like I'm typing something important !)

You're right I shouldn't let this drop - I work hard to earn £9 so I should have something to show for it.

I understand that out of every thousand satisfied customers there'll always be someone who's order went pear-shaped, but I should have prob chased them a bit more.

Pages on the Beautyrocket Website are VERY slow to load but things are very cheap.

I may try them out but I would DEFINATELY be after them (via trading standards) if my order didnt show up after I had paid.

My stuff arrived today and I'm really impressed with the mary kate and ashley stuff, nice quality make-up, although not for day wear unless your under 25, will make great pressies for my daughter and her friends.

I tried them out and I must say I am pleased with the service. Update emails were sent to say what was happening to my order which was reassuring.

My order arrived in 2 days and when I queried an item which wasnt perfect (when it was supposed to be), they said I should keep it and then sent a new one as a replacement which arrived within 2 days as well, which is excellent customer service.

In my experience, a good site with good prices and I would order from them again.

My package arrived today, one day after I ordered. Well done Beauty Rocket! Everything was great, well known brands and in perfect condition. Excellent value and great that they don't rip you off with postage, like so many Ebay sellers do.

Thanks to OP - sorry you have got a lot of flack with your posting, but I think there's enough of us happy Beauty Rocket customers to counteract the suspicion of spam.

Much appreciated tpsjrm, i was feeling too intimidated to post anything else to be honest. All I did was share the bargains i found - i thought that was the whole point of this site, oh well. Anyway, main thing is it sounds like many of you got good deals so it was worth the post in the end. I also popped back to say i got a newsletter from them this evening saying they have mini perfumes for £2.00 each for those who are into perfume i thought you would appreciate knowing.
