I don't want to be mean, but I don't like being taken for a sucker either. I like reading genuine offers. Every other post by this person is about this website  . No doubt there'll be a indignant reply by them, but just thought I'd point out to other people that this is probably advertising by someone connected to the site. I've just checked out what you say and have to agree Pinkdrink does mention this website often. It's only about 40% of posts though
I have to say that when I really like a product or service I tend to buzz about it a lot, without a personal connection.
I can't see that the offers are not genuine in any way so do not know what you mean by that, really.
As to an indignant reply, if you got one you wouldn't believe it so what'd be the point?
I for one am always glad to hear of this sort of bargain site, I didn't know it was there til this thread and now I have a lovely bag of stuff on its way to me.
Thanks Pink:beer:0 -
Fair enough, but just thought I'd give people all the info to make their own mind up. After reading the moneysavingexpert site for a few months now I find it quite easy to spot people who are probably advertising their site (I said probably, not definitely). When I said I like reading genuine offers, I meant that I like reading posts by people who have genuinely found a bargain rather than people promoting their own website, while pretending to be genuine. I find it a bit dishonest, irritating and it takes people for mugs. But like I said, let people make their own mind up and good luck to you if you get a bargain.Fern_Merkin wrote: »I've just checked out what you say and have to agree Pinkdrink does mention this website often. Note of caution about Beautyrocket too - I ordered a couple of months ago and order never turned up - they never answered my emails either.
It was only an order for a few quid so I just wrote it off - you live and learn. Now I just get cheap costmetics from Boots with the glitches !:j0 -
Do you work for Boots or am I paranoid ? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Note of caution about Beautyrocket too - I ordered a couple of months ago and order never turned up - they never answered my emails either.

Just to balance things a little I ordered some stuff last week (or something like that, anyway the last time this site was posted about. LOL) and it came promptly and everything was in great condition. The wooden bangles I had ordered for my teen made me very popular!
If I hadnt had an answer I dont think I would have given up either, I would have kept ringing/emailing.0 -
