18185 problems

I wonder if anyone out there is having similar problems on the 18185 system;
Over the last two days both my father and I (who dials from his own phone and a different exchange to mine) have been experiencing a fault on the 18185 system. When dialling a number, the automated rate message is announced and the phone rings out. When answered I can hear the person I am phoning speak but they can't hear me. I have had to redial on a number of occasions as has my Father so there is definitely a fault on the system.
Is anyone else having problems?
