Frightened stiff of Eversheds,have they made a boo boo with this letter

I am not sure if this is that important but Eversheds is not a debt collection agency, they are a quite expensive and multi national law Firm.
This may well mean that they will certainly know how to cover themselves if a genuine mistake has been made.0 -
Yeh I know they are a multi million law firm but I reckon they are still responible for their mistakes and probably ( hopefuly ) one of their minions will get the sack for it.I made every effort to come to an agreement with them and went to the cccs,so will give it a go.0
