I had a creditor chasing me -they rang me on my landline and when I didn't answer, immediately rang me on my mobile which I didn't answer, then when I went into work the next day there were 3 messages left on my work voicemail from the same creditor all within a few minutes of the each other and the calls that I received at home. This continued for several weeks - they appear to have got bored with speaking to my various answerphones and voicemail and now so write to me instead.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

I have started to charge them!!!!! it soons sorts them out.
So far HSBC are into me for £240. From what started as a £25 charge they put on my account. They have now given me £160 pounds (or which £80 was then taken to pay me loan payment they didnt take and the other £80 to pay for a months "holiday" from my loan without incurring any problems)
and today another £80 for trying to charge anohter £25 charge when they had agreed to not raise any chargers on the account.
As for LLoyds TSB, if they do phone again I would personally ensure that I was put through to speak to a manager, my first question would be to check that they have notes to say all communication in writting and when they say yes, ask for compensation for them phoning.
Im not 100% sure how far the harsement laws go, but i would feel intimidated with that level of calling.....Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.
