Switching from Ebico to Southern Electric?

I'm about to switch from Ebico to Southern Electric (Standard Energy Online tariff) for my electricity.

As my bills are from Southern Electric (marked with an Ebico logo) - I assume its just the tariff that needs to be changed?

Can I change to the Southern Electric tariff over the phone or do I have to go through the usual (slow) transfer process?

I've logged into my Southern Electric account online but there is no option to switch tariff there.

Thanks

I changed from Southern to EBICO, and they did not go through the change process, just changed the tariff. In fact they carried over the credit balance, and continued with the direct debit.
