Unfair Parking Tickets: Have you appealed or spotted a loophole?

Hi
I unfairly got clamped by hfh parking in early september. I wrote a letter of appeal the next day. The Clamper said that I should get a full refund of £300+.
I have not heard anything from the company. When I call they say that they cannot discuss the case over the phone. Also, they say that each case is handled individually and it may still be in the process.
Does anybody have a contact number? If I don't get through then I will be taking these guys to the small claims court at the end of the week (I have written informing them of this).
Thank you.0 -

Does anybody have a contact number for the head office rather than just the payment line? If I don't get through then I will be taking these guys to the small claims court at the end of the week (I have written informing them of this).

This should be a nice simple answer,
Parked in between 2 cars, along road edge beside a park. railings along side of park, parked very close to the edge.
Cars parked in dedicated spaces on opposite side of road, no parking spaces dedicated on my side of the road. No yellow line- infact no lines of any description, no signs about parking permits etc,, no signs or markins what so ever. Traffic could easily pass in single file, as most traffic has to do within residential Leeds.
received a fixed ticket for obstruction, dont feel this is fair.
If we go to court and loose are we likely to have to pay more? Is there any way we can contact someone to talk to from council?0
