Question on automating task

Hi,
I usually copy information from a website and paste it into MS Excel/ Office (for reference purposes). As I perform this task quite often, I'm wondering whether I can use any function in MS Office/ other programs to automate the task?
Any links or suggestions will be helpful. Thanks.

Is it the same site that you always copy information from? You could maybe use a macro to do this.0

Don't be silly! You can get Excel to automatically read data off of a website. I have been using this for a couple of years and it is great. Go the the menu: Data, Get External Data, New Web Query and it is self explanatory from there on! Good luck and enjoy.0
