Best rate for £35k over 3 years

I have £35k that I do not need for 3 years. I can save a further £2.5k per month. My ISA is full for the year.

I have noticed that Bradford and Bingley have a fixed bond at 7% (5.6% net).

Can anyone suggest any other savings mechanism that would beat 5.6% after tax?

Thank you in advance!

I think this is trhe best one bcoz in my knowledge there is a saving scheme where the net interest is 5.44, but here the net is more than that (5.6%).
