Ask the shop to replace it with the parts they promised, or to give you a reduction in the price if you prefer. If they refuse (and give you this in writing), you can always use this as evidence you've tried to sort things out with them first.
The Ford service centre might be useful for you in the future, HSBC doing a charge-back will just annoy them further because they have to pick up the fees of the company as well as you. Wait until you have a straight answer from them - but not if there are any deadlines for you getting cover on your credit card.0 -
