Abbey eSaver

I'm likely to be opening an Abbey eSaver account and noticed in their terms something about withdrawals being subject to their daily limits. I assume they just mean cash withdrawals from dispensers but being a cautious sort phoned to check. The bod I spoke to seemed a bit confused and not too sure.
Could anyone confirm what I assume is the case that there's no limit if I want to transfer cash to my bank or close the acount. Would be fairly hefty amounts. Cheers.

Would be 6 figure sums which is why I wanted to double check but if 3k is fine I can't see bigger lumps being different. Thanks Simon.0

Have used an abbey e-saver account for some years. No problem with transfers of any amount. Only limit is for cash from cash dispenser. It is a great account, very simple to use and pays a good rate of interest.0 -
Cheers Joe. Another thought. My assumption is that the bonus isn't dependent on anything like not making withdrawals or similar. It's just a straight higher rate for 6 months with no strings? Intention would be to switch to somewhere more competitive at the end of the bonus period.0

I've never encountered problems.. max withdrawal has been £19k.. Andy0

Rate for £100k+ is only 5.05%. Why not put £100k- into the new cahoot 5.25% account?0
