Am looking to set up a website for a charity organisation. Anybody know of a decent web design program that can be downloaded free and also where to get a custom web address and space for a cheap as possible?
Bear in mind that I am a complete and utter novice in making websites, although I'm pretty IT literate.
Thanks

Some web design sites will design a site for free or at a discounted amount if you are a charity. Just a thought if you were having trouble yourself designing it.0
