Hi
Has anyone had any good/cheap offers from Sky recently on Sky+?
My parents have had a Sky on the full package for years. They don't have time to do the searching so I'm trying to find the best deal for them!
Looking through old posts seems Sky don't really look after existing customers deals/offer wise but threatening to cancel seems like a common tactic.
Anyone any sucess recently?
Any suggestions appreciated.:rotfl:

yeah, call up and threaten to cancel is the best way. you will be able to get it for either free, £49 or £99 depending on how long you complain about the price for

with the launch of freesat at the end of june, they want to hold onto customers, it is the perfect excuse to get everything out of them that you can.
...but if the do actually call your bluff, you get 30 days cancel period, so you can call up the next day and cancel the cancellation. Its worth giving it a try.0 -

You MAY be able to get it for free or a reduced price - you may also end up just cancelling.
If you read various threads on this it is all a bit hit and miss.
Worth a try though - but not a guaranteed outcome.0
