Can I register and use a .us domain name in the UK?
I read somewhere that you have to be a US citizen to get the .us after your domain name is this true?

You can register a us.com domain in the UK with no problems, just see what your host providers, or try a domain name company registrar such as 123-reg.

123 do us.com but don't seem to do a plain .us
Have a look at http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/default.asp?migrate=%2Fnewdomains%5Fus%2Easp they have them for £6.58 per year
