Yes it was easy. The first thing to do is to get a geographical number to phone them on (hope you're impressed Martin).
The people there are nice enough - and made it clear what information I had to collect from my employer for them to sort it with the IR.
I was a little surprised to not be asked why I hadn't informed them earlier, but hey-ho!
