Haha!! Thanks!!
Thanks everyone for your comments too. It still doesnt feel real. To some extent i'll probably still feel as though im in debt for a while (even though I wont be), because ive carried that burden & "label" around with me for so long. It will take a bit of getting used to, and actually have friends who never saw themselves as being "in debt" owe more money than I do. That'll be weird!!

Paid off £10K this year (will have by next month anyway), £4.5K between May and December last year, and the rest in the year before that.....
Basically I just decided that I wanted to be debt free, took a 2nd job & did as many hours as I could. Only gave that up a month ago.... I had a budget and had to stick to it. I have NO overdraft, NO credit available to me at the moment (or for past 3 years), so if i run out of money, I run out. I had to move to a place with cheap rent & flatshare, I get my clothes from Charity Shops/Primark & now upgraded to Ebay (lol), deals on cosmetics/beauty products - and havent bought a CD/DVD or anything like that in years - I always ask myself "Do I really need it?", but to be honest, ive lost "the taste" for material things and things like that dont interest me anymore.
Unfortunately there is no quick way of clearing debt and there wasnt with me, just peserverance, determination & hard work - it does take effort!!!

Ive just requested my final settlement figure from my loan, which is all quite exciting. My final payment will be 1st November!!!!!!
Had a bit of a blow out on Friday & spend £70 on clothes, still, I didnt go out Sat night, so it evens itself out I suppose, plus I deserve it.
