With it we could do a more comprehensive appeal and actually answer the points in the report. Without it we are guessing as to what they have put, but will at least get the appeal in quicker.

You can put in your appeal now and just say something like you disagree with the decision as further evidence will show. Once you receive the medical report you can prepare your detailed reply.
