Navman F10 help please!

I was wondering if someone can give me some advice please.
I've recently updated my Navman F10 on the internet, but since I've done it for some reason the voice commands (e.g. the voice that tells you to go left, right, arrive at destination etc) and the camera alerts have been missing. I'm not sure what I've done wrong

Can anyone help me to put this right please?? I've been on a few techie forums but can't find anything so thought I'd start here:D

No I checked that hehe, thats the sort of thing I would do!
I have emailed Navman now and they are going to send me a free DVD to restore the voice commands!!Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0
