British Gas Fines
I have just arranged to transfer my account from Brit Gas to N Power.
Read in the Sunday press that BG are charging customers who leave £75.
Not sure if this penalty applies to me?
I am on Gas Click Energy 4 and Electric Click Energy 4
Can't find anything out on there website.
Anyone know if this charge applies?

Off the top of my head I don't think the Click energy tariffs have a cancellation fee, but could be wrong.
I know that the cancellation fees for Gas & Electricity Price Protection 2010 would add up to £75, but if you were on prices from 2 years ago and fixed for another 2, would you honestly want to switch?0 -
Click energy does not have a cancellation fee.

It tends to be capped/fixed price offers that carry cancellation fees.0 -
Thanks Guys!0
