MBNA Balance Transfer to Halifax One card

Hi,
Just tried doing a balance transfer from my daylight robbery MBNA card to my nice new 0% Halifax card on-line.
Didn't work! The system decline the transfer saying that it didn't accept transfers from that financial institution? Does anyone know anything about this? It doesn't say anything about this restriction on my terms and conditions for the One Card?

There are some problems with certain banks transfering to each other. Suggest you call halifax rather than using the website and they should be able to sort it for you.
