Bankers telling porkie pies again - Lehman Brothers

From the article : " Just last week the bank denied it was facing funding problems." Now it wants £3 billion pounds!!!!

Just like Bradford & Bingley, RBS, etc. did. You have to laugh when people on this discussion board believe a thing these bankers say when they have the begging bowl out. Don't give them your money!!

    Quite so. What I don't get is that they make these sort of statements on the public record. If you or me told blatant untruths like this we'd be put in front of a judge pretty sharpish.

    they have been buying back their own shares also: thus reducing overall market capitalization. this spells trouble IMO: another BS; and also check out UBS:shocked:
