Just bought an Outwell Oregon 5 man tent, we paid £155 and spent a week in it in the Peak District last week. Very pleased with it, the bedroom area has a sewn in ground sheet and the living space has a seperate groundsheet. There were only two of us, but for a wet and windy week it was fine. We could have easily had four people to sit and eat inside, but if it's a longer holiday with 5 people you might find it a little small. We didn't bother to practice putting it up before we went away, as it's similar to our old tent, and it took two of us 20-30 mins to get it completely finished. HTH!

it's fab but it maybe too big for the two of you, it does tick all the boxes on your tick list however apart from the size

I'd definitely reccomend it then! It was suspect weather most of the week and there was plenty of living space for all of our kit, plus a table and two chairs to sit and eat at. OH particularly liked this one as you can stand upright easily, I don't have a problem as I'm quite short, but he's 6 foot! The bedroom bit was also spacious with all our clothes and a proper double airbed. Have fun!

Wild Country Homestead 5 would be my suggestion.... great tent, loads of room, and is designed for 3 seasons so works well most of the year.

Beware that some of the 'posher' sites don't allow groundsheets that are not breathable.

We have got an Outwell montana tent, it is a 12 berth tunnel tent but they do a smaller model, think a 4 or 6 berth. It is really easy to put up, 2 of us can get our monster tent up in about 30 minutes, so smaller model should be no problem. We have never had any problem with it, it has withstood some really heavy winds that have flattened other tents. Got ours from world of tents on internet, cheaper than alot of other places. Good luck.
