advice needed please

Hi Guys
sorry if this is wrong forum but not sure where to post
I bought wardrobes from company end of feb, paid full amount by credit card on day of purchase, 6 weeks later on day of delivery company ring to say that the wrong wardrobes have been delivered to them (2 door instead of larger 3 door) they suggested that they deliver and fit the 2 door (as obviously i had no wardrobes coz had took old ones to the tip) and re order the 3 door, they also offered to refund the fitting charge. I thought this sounded reasonable so agreed.
I have now waited another 8 weeks and heard nothing so phoned them this morning to be given some bull about the wardrobes coming from germany and the salesman seemed to think that germany was on holiday for 3 weeks but would try to contact them!!
I am smelling a rat and wonder if I am within my rights to ask them to collect the wrong wardrobes and refund my money so I can get wardrobes elsewhere
