Just a quick question .. My hubby is self employed could someone please confirm that it is the Net Profit i use when filling in his income for the Tax Credit

Hello Demented - not sure which form you are filling in here - do you mean the VAT return or a form for WTC?
If VAT yes you have to deduct gross (its been years since I filled on in).
I'm sure someone with more knowledge will be along - but you may find a helpline number on the form, or in the leaflet?0 -
Yes, you use the NET PROFIT (gross income less claimable expenses/allowances) as the figure you give the WTC people.0
