Best Scottish Hydro money save?

I'm with scottish hydro for gas & elec and i'm wondering which tarrif to go for (but i also don't know wether they do a price capped tarrif as this is not on their website)

I pay by direct debit which is a 6% dis already (no idea what the dual fuel discount is, secret?).
But which energy product?
I'm unsure if getting the "energy plus airmiles" is worth it. You get 350 for joining and 25 every quarter. So, if an airmile is worth 7.8p this deal is worth £1.95 a quarter. If i get the other tarrif which is "energy plus online" you get a 2% discount on the quarterly unit rates. which if i spend £25 on elec and £28 on gas, per month; £159 a quarter: I save £3.90 per quarter. Are my calculations right here?? I'm a newbie money saver!
