Yahoo group emails not getting through

My ISP is Virgin, I also have AVG v 8. Last week my Yahoo group emails failed to appear. Other emails are fine. I can post to the Yahoo group site but not receive.
I disabled AVG email scanner but no change. On checking Virgin webmail my Yahooo Group emails are being put in the trash can. Any help welcome.

Does Virgin have an online email system?
If so do they have a safe list where you can put the Yahoo Email address.0 -
If you open the message from the junk folder there should be an option to add the sender to your safe list, so it will not end up in your junk folder.I don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right0
