I want to use moonshell to play movies and mp3s on a DS lite but I can't get it to work with AceKard2.
Has anyone managed to install moonshell successfully on a DS cart? I have copied all the files into the root directory of my microsd card but it keeps coming up with the message that 'moonshl could not be found'. Games work no problem.
On googling I have seen instructions saying that the moonshell download will have an executeable file when it is decompressed but I have yet to see it.
So can anyone tell me how they managaed to get moonshell up and running?

I use moonshell with my R4 revolution card.

When you copied the files into the root directory did you create separate folders for your movies, mp3 etc?

Did you press the 'B' button to access moonshell, 'A' button to launch it?
