Bought 2 single train tkts to London for me and my son for tomorrow morning (Mon am) - used our Family railcard
Son has a tummy bug - wont be going now.
Can I still travel on my tkt?
I booked it 3 weeks ago - an adult tkt then would have cost me about £11 but for the 2 of us, it was £9.30
In the morning, it'll cost me about £30 extra!!!!
So confused what to do - or should I just go on the train with my original tkt?

As long as you travel with at least one child you can!
Find another kid to travel with0 -
Ask your local station to issue an 'excess' fare for the difference between your ticket and the adult fare.
You must obtain the excess fare before travelling to avoid any difficulties later.0
