Printing A2 using MS Publisher

Anyone got any pointers. I'm trying to produce an A2 document using MS publisher, but I only have an A4 printer. Obviously I expect to print 4 pages to make my A2 picture.
Problem one, there is no A2 default paper size in MS Publisher, no problem just choose custom size paper. Type in the dimentions making sure that they are slightly less than 4 times A4 (ie A4 claims to be 29.7x21) so 59x41.
Produce design. Go to print preview. New problem. The problem is instead of the computer working out it can fit picture on 4 pages it decides to centralise it on 9. So far I haven't been able to fix this. Does anyone know how to do this. Thank you.

Don't you need to select an A2 printer/plotter rather than a page size??0

Is their a "Poster" option?
I'm sure Publisher has an option to turn an image into a poster.Laters
