ebay seller sent damaged goods

:mad: just bought a set of rear car lights on ebay by postal order for £38, they took 2 weeks to arrive and when they did the two brackets on back are broken and inside of light is missing. They were described in advert as good condition not damaged. Seller refuses refund for 1 light what shall i do?

Two things..firstly to try an dget your money back you will need to go to small claims. However this is going to cost you money and is no guarantee that it will be any good.

Odd how he will refund one light but not for the pair, if he would refund for one why not the other?0
