If you are looking to start a family, the most responsible thing to do would be to post your SOA on the Debt Free Wannabe board and find ways that you can cut back on expenditure so that you can pay off the money that you owe to people.

Then look to start your family without the burden of a growing debt ruining it all.

If you owe people money (not sure the people are) I wouldn't go down the route of having a baby yet. I would try and get your debt under control before attempting TTC. Whilst babies when they are little can be fairly cheap (to a certain degree) I think if your financial situation is that unstable it's not sensible to be thinking about having a family.
