Any come back on me?

Can anyone advise me???? I bid for an item yesterday and wone. I then waited for the invoice before paying as the item was collection only (thought they would confirm their address details). When the invoice arrived, they declared that they had made a mistake on the listing (they had it as auction and BIN) and if I wanted the item I had to pay the BIN price (significantly more than what I had won it for).
As far as I see it, there is no way that they are going to let me have the item at the price I paid so there's no point in sending payment.
Do they have any recourse on me as I haven't paid for an item I have won?
Can I report them to ebay for not fulfilling their part of the deal? If so, how?(I can only find a dispute panel which asks when I paid for the item).
Any advice gratefully received

You can report them for seller non-performance:
http://contact.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ContactUs&wftype=2016&rcode=IV%25P20073&subject=Seller%20Non-Performance&bcrumb=+Home+%3E+Help+%3E%A0Rules+and+Policies%A0%3E%A0Rules+for+Sellers%A0%3E%A0Seller+Non-Performance&instruction=&expirationDate=
I would recommend doing it as a lot of sellers now seem to be reporting the buyer as a non-paying bidder in such circumstances, which would obviously be unfair to you.:www: :: MFi3 ::

Im sure you can report them for this if you cant find how to report this why not ring ebay and ask them how you report this DO NOT PAY MORE THAN YOU WON ITEM FOR that is the whole idea of an auction

I would be inclined to pay the original amount you won the item for and then see what happens. You can always raise a dispute afterwards.0
