Contacting Woolworths

Why is it that Woolworths don't just use normal email? My mum used their website for the first time last month to order an exercise bike and, after finding it cheaper elsewhere tried to cancel the order. But instead of just emailing them you have to use their own message system (like PMing). So now I cant see what messages have been sent, and it's been 9 days with the order still active and no refund. I wouldn't mind so much but it is £140 :eek:

Phone Q massive as well. What should I do? I don't want to wait any longer :mad:

You didn't look very far, a quick search for "Woolworths contact" churns up this page: http://www.woolworthsgroupplc.com/aboutus/contact_us.htm

The customer enquiries address should be some use to you.

Actually, it wasn't me who looked (mum again). About five minutes after posting I found the 01 number for customer services (sayno0870).

Won't take my mother's word on anything ever again, I promise
